At NOVA CART, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a request.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product is unused and in its original packaging.
The product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

The product has been used or opened.
The original packaging is missing or damaged.
The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
Sale or discounted items (unless the product is defective).
Skincare products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons).

3. Refund Process

COD Orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via our Contact Page and provide your Order Number.
Share clear photos of the product (required for damaged or defective items).
Our team will review your request and provide the return address and instructions within 24–48 hours.
Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5. Skincare Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products are only eligible for return if they are sealed and unopened or have a confirmed manufacturing defect. Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
