At NOVA CART, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery process, timelines, and charges.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across all cities and towns in Pakistan, including major metropolitan areas such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, and Faisalabad, as well as remote and rural areas.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 3–5 working days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 working days
Remote & Rural Areas: 7–10 working days

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Delivery may be delayed during public holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery: PKR 150–250 (varies by location)
Free Shipping: Available on all orders of PKR 2,000 or above

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You can pay in cash at the time of delivery — no advance payment or online transaction is required. COD is available on all eligible orders.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your parcel through our courier partner's website or app.

7. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate the matter promptly.

8. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. NOVA CART is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
